低溫等離子體技術在環境工程中的應用:

      隨著工業經濟(ji)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展,石油、制藥、油漆(qi)、印(yin)刷和(he)涂(tu)料(liao)等行業產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)揮發(fa)性有機(ji)廢(fei)氣也日(ri)漸增多,這些廢(fei)氣不僅(jin)會(hui)在大氣中停留較(jiao)長的(de)(de)(de)時間,還會(hui)擴散和(he)漂栘到較(jiao)遠的(de)(de)(de)地方,給(gei)環境(jing)帶(dai)來嚴(yan)重的(de)(de)(de)污染;另外工業煙(yan)氣的(de)(de)(de)無控制排放(fang)使全球性的(de)(de)(de)大氣環境(jing)日(ri)益惡化(hua)(hua),酸雨(yu)(主要來源于工業排放(fang)的(de)(de)(de)硫氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)物和(he)氮氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)物)的(de)(de)(de)危(wei)害引起了(le)各國的(de)(de)(de)重視。由于大氣受污染而酸化(hua)(hua),導致了(le)生(sheng)態(tai)環境(jing)的(de)(de)(de)破壞,重大災難頻繁發(fa)生(sheng),給(gei)人(ren)類(lei)造成(cheng)了(le)巨大損失。因此選擇一種經濟(ji)、可行性強的(de)(de)(de)處(chu)理方法勢(shi)在必行。

      降解揮發性有機污染物(VOCs)傳統的處理方法如吸收、吸附、冷凝和燃燒等,對于低濃度的VOCs很難實現,而光催化降解VOCs又存在催化劑容易失活的問題,利用低溫等離子體處理VOCs可以不受上述條件的限制,具有潛在的優勢。但由于等離子體是一門包含放電物理學、放電化學、化學反應工程學及真空技術等基礎學科之上的交叉學科。因此,目前能成熟的掌握該技術的單位非常的少。大部分宣傳采用低溫等離子技術處理廢氣的宣傳都不是真正意義上的低溫等離子廢氣處理技術。
